Red Blend

Our blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees combines the qualities of both species to create a balance of flavours, body and intensity. Arabica is known for its delicate, sweet and aromatic taste, with fruity or floral notes. Robusta, on the other hand, has a stronger, earthy and bitter flavor, with a higher caffeine content. The blend of these two Coffees balances the aroma of Arabica with the intensity of Robusta. The presence of Robusta increases the body of the coffee and contributes to a denser and more persistent cream, especially in espresso preparations, thanks to the higher content of oils and caffeine.
